 Very good service, staff very helpful - Bad debts are a concern for any business, and with the current economic pressures, we as a business want to be as pro-active as possible in managing our debtor book. As a firm of accountants, client relationships are extremely important to us and therefore Else's approach provided us with great comfort that the difficult process would be dealt with in the most professional way. Else also really impressed us by collecting some old debts that we had previously written off after a previous firm of solicitors had failed to make a recovery.
Using legal action to collect outstanding invoices is always a complete last resort for Dains, but we are confident that when it is needed, Else will deliver an excellent service.
